From errors to excellence: partnering with Pascal David to upgrade Vault for his client.

The Challenge

Pascal David, a highly experienced engineer based in Belgium. He shares practical knowledge accumulated through his own engineering practice and provides Autodesk related services to his clients. At the start of this year he and his team came across challenges with customisation while upgrading Autodesk Vault for his client – ABD Safegate. Pascal needed a specialist who could dig into the code, resolve the issues quickly and ensure a smooth upgrade.

What we Delivered
TNA automation with Modern CAD

Modern CAD stepped in to debug and repair the Vault Data Standard forms for AutoCAD, fix and upgrade an existing add-in to ensure stable work with a new Vault release.

Collaboration across time zones was seamless and in fact, working with our team in Australia enabled Pascal’s project to progress beyond the usual 9–5 as we overlapped with his European hours. The result was a fast, effective upgrade with the errors resolved and automation restored.
