Pricing

Start small. Grow only as it earns its keep.

No big all-in commitment to make today. One engineer can trial Inventor AI on a single desk. A single tool solves one pain for a flat, known price. The full platform is a subscription for a team ready to roll it out. Here's what each costs – and how to tell which one is you.

Not sure where you fit? Tell us the problem – we'll point you to the smallest thing that solves it, not the biggest.

Foundation · the base subscription

Get a team to a working setup

from [BASE_PRICE – pending ratification] to start

This is the on-ramp for a team. One onboarding and training block up front gets you installed and working on real jobs. After that it's a small regular fee for the tools, the seats and the starter library that keeps them useful.

We never ship tools without the knowledge to use them. So a starter knowledge base comes pre-loaded from day one: real Inventor technique, plus the gotchas that bite at 4pm on a Friday.

  • The AI tools – the Inventor MCP and the Vault MCP – working inside the software your team already runs

  • Onboarding and training, delivered up front

  • A starter knowledge base, pre-loaded: real Inventor technique, plus the gotchas that bite at 4pm on a Friday

  • Support, updates and office hours

Worried the entry price is a bait number that balloons on the second invoice? So are we. The onboarding is the one-off that does the heavy lifting. The ongoing fee stays small on purpose – a tool you resent paying for is a tool you stop using.

Try it first: Inventor AI on one desk

The easiest way to judge any of this is to watch it work on your own parts. Request access and we'll set up the first seat: the AI plans the steps, runs them in live Inventor, and checks its own work before you see it. Your designs stay on your machine; only your words go to the AI.

It's the individual on-ramp. When the team's ready to roll out, it becomes part of Foundation.

ModernCAD Memory · the knowledge layer

Teach it your business

You own your data. That's the starting point, not a footnote.

Foundation gets the AI running with know-how out of the box. ModernCAD Memory is how it stops being generic and starts working your way. It comes in two parts: a shared Modern CAD library of standard Inventor know-how, and your own private knowledge base – your parts, templates, rules and overrides, built up from designs you've already finished. DataConveyor can read your existing designs in to seed it, so day one isn't a blank page.

It runs as our service – a private, isolated database only you can access – and it's exportable whenever you ask, with on-premises licences in special circumstances. When we say it learns, we mean your private library grows. We do not train an AI model on your designs.

It's ready to deploy, and priced with your rollout because the shape depends on how much of your history you want read in. Request access and we'll scope it with you.

Custom build · by the project

Push past the standard

One automation to start, or as far as you want to take it. There's no ceiling on complexity, and we hold your hand the whole way. This work runs through our Custom Software Development and Business Automation pages.

Pricing here is per project. Let's talk.

What automation and custom builds cost

Ranges, not quotes – the shape of the job decides where you land. Most clients start with a Clarity Session, and if you go ahead the session fee comes off your first project.

Not sure where you land?

Start with Inventor AI on one desk. When the team's ready, Foundation picks up from there, and ModernCAD Memory teaches it your business. And if it's already a bigger job, send us the messy version of the problem; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. Built by an engineer and software developer in one, 15+ years in the Autodesk channel.
